Nice room in clean flat

Share with one other , male owner. relatively new fitted kitchen, good central heating in rooms and bathroom. Bathroom and kitchen recently painted white. Need to bring your own mattress or buy new. Bed is double bed. Kitchen has micro wave and washing machine and you can use juicing machine. Gas cooking hob with electric oven , kitchen is v clean. Bathroom very simple and clean ; bath and shower , with toilet and sink. everything works. can provide evidence of yearly gas check. fire alarm and gas detector installed. Ventilation fans in bathroom and kitchen with windows that open. Wi-Fi currently BT infinity. Owner has many friends from Japan and is interested in culture.
