🇯🇵フォークストン中央駅を出発しケント州の美しい白い崖の海岸線を楽しむ歩きです。途中で起伏に富んだ高低差約１３０m（４３０ft）の斜面を登りますので適切な靴や服装や必要に応じて杖の使用をご検討ください。遅めのお昼はフォークストン港に戻りお弁当持参のピクニックか地元のフィッシュ＆チップスまたはパブ*かレストランでのお食事をお楽しみ下さい。グループで地元のグルメ•パブ*のご予約をご希望の方は申し込む時にメールにてお知らせ下さい。昼食後はフォークストン桟橋を散策し夕方の電車までに駅に戻る約１６km（約１０マイル）のループコースです。
🇬🇧This is an approximately 10-mile circular hill walk starting from Folkestone Central Station to the Kentish white cliffs. We will clime the cliffs of about 430ft (130m) so please wear appropriate shoes/boots and clothing and use walking sticks if necessary. For lunch in Folkestone Harbour, you may bring your own picnic lunch, enjoy fish & chips or visit a local pub* or restaurant. Please email me if you prefer a group booking at a local gourmet pub*. After our lunch break, we will visit the Folkestone Pier and return to the station for the train.
