Finding my lost girlfriend

Heyy all . Umm let me give you my little introduction. I am an indian living in Russia right now. While I was indian I met a girl online who was half Japanese and half German and was living in UK(Essex) we both were in long distance relationship.and i never had forced her to tell me her personal information. I know you can judge me that what type of boyfriend I am that I don't know contact details of her. But believe me we both were in love and never wanted to stay apart.. somehow we got separated due to some reason which is a very long story and I don't want your time to get wasted by my rambling. That's why I am keeping it short. I tried everything to reach out her. I am not doing. This to patch up with her but I want to know her whereabouts how's she doing in her life. I just want my heart to feel light by knowing she is safe. That's it. I was searching on reddit about japanese community in UK and I found this website.
