I know this is a long shot but would like to try.

This AD is for the Japanese lady who travelled from Ealing Broadway to Liverpool street today (30th Sept) around 7:40am.
You sat next to me and we were in the front carriage of central tube and you were reading a Japanese 小説 and I was reading 日経新聞 電子版 briefly.
