Western Bakery, Japanese Twist! **Free delivery!**

Hello everyone.

My name is Samuel and I am the owner and baker at SANCHA はじめまして！🙇🏼‍♂️ . SANCHA is a Japanese inspired baked goods company currently based in Bournemouth, Dorset.

My friend told me about this platform and encouraged me to spread awareness of my business here as there is a large Japanese community living in London and I hope my products will be of interest to you.

I used to live in Tokyo for 7 years and after moving back during the pandemic, and having difficulty finding work I started to miss Japanese sweets and 和菓子 and started to bake them at home with my own recipes.

With a lack of Japanese sweets here in the UK but a growing interest in Japanese cuisine, I noticed a great opportunity to introduce my products to others and so, my company 'SANCHA' 「三茶」 was born.

I mostly make cookies and cakes with Japanese ingredients and love to provide a unique opportunity for both Western and Japanese people to explore my conceptual fusion products.

I would love to start a shop in London someday but it is incredibly expensive and I only hope I can generate some interest with customers that live in the area and see whether I can promote my business there.
