私達エシカルスピリッツは東京蔵前に蒸留所を持つクラフトジンブランドです。
日本酒造りの過程で廃棄されてきた酒粕をリユースし、そこに間引きされた柑橘類、カカオハスク等の素材を使用してサステイナブルなジンを作り上げてきました。
昨年より英国にて商品展開を進めてまいりましたが、この度東ロンドンに新オープンした日本酒セレクトショップ「Sake Collective」さんで試飲イベントを開催致します！
Walk-inのイベントとなりますので、皆さまどうぞお気軽にお立ち寄りください。

- Japanese “Ethical” Craft Gin tasting event -
We are a distil start-up from Japan, producing craft gin using potentially-wasted materials and managing a circular economy-focused distillery.
We are excited to announce that we will be hosting a "The Ethical Spirits & Co Gin Day"!
Thursday October 6th, 12:00 - 19:00

There will be free tasting of 4 of our products, which are 100% made in Japan.
We use sake-kasu (sake lees) as a base spirit and use some botanicals which are normally discarded such as Cacao husk, Citrus, Japanese tea, and herbs.
They still have the same quality and rich flavour which adds fruitful aroma to our products.
You can also "Meet the Co-founder" of The Ethical Spirits & Co. on the day!
Chikara Ono, Co-founder of The Ethical Spirits & Co., will be coming from Japan for the event.
He is looking forward to talking with you and introducing how our products are made.
Join us at the newly opened SAKE COLLECTIVE store in Spitalfields, where they boast more than 100 kinds of Japanese sake from all across Japan.
(*Please note that sake tasting is NOT included in this event. However, you will be able to purchase bottles for take away as usual. You can explore their range on their e-commerce website: https://shop.sakecollective.uk/ )
It will be a walk-in event, so please come and visit any time between 12:00 - 19:00.
