Established in September 2023, ‘SOSAKU ONIGIRI’ opened in Shepherds Bush Market.

The store specialises in Japanese Onigiri which are rice balls filled with different flavours, a staple food in Japan found almost anywhere. ‘SOSAKU’ means ‘creation’ in Japanese, and these creative rice balls are made daily using carefully selected Japanese SPECIAL A (highest grade) rice, soft mineral water, traditional Japanese ingredients and select ingredients from Europe and Asia.
