Masami Suzuki Soprano Recital, Air Sentimental

楽しい夏もあっと言う間に過ぎ、早いもので今年も残り数ヶ月となりました。僭越ながら、ロンドンで5回目となるソロリサイタルのご案内をさせて頂きます。今回はサブタイトルをAir Sentimentalと題し、秋のセンティメンタルなムードに合ったプログラムをご用意いたしました。中でもDebussyのAriette oubliée からの二曲や、R.StraussのMorgen, そしてH.Villa LobosのMelodia Sentimental などは特に味わって頂きたい曲の一つです。またフランス音楽のプロフェッショナルであるBritish Tenor, Richard Dowlingと共にモーツァルトのCosi fan tutteからのデュエットや、マスネのオペラ、マノンのSaint Sulpice寺院での大変ドラマティックな再会の場面で歌われるデュエットもお届けいたします。
その他、ロンドンや日本で精力的に活動されているViolinist小町碧さんによるチャイコフスキーやピアソラ作品の演奏も見所の一つです。ピアニストは、国際的にオペラ指揮者としても活躍するJeremy Silver。作品へのリスペクトと的確な解釈で作り上げられる彼の音楽は今年のLongborough opera のグルック作品に置いても各地で大変な高い評価を得ています。

Air Sentimental

Accomplished and versatile Japanese soprano Masami Suzuki will return to Burgh house with a selected programme, including works by Handel, Debussy, Barber, Strauss, Obradors, Lobos, Piazora and some opera masterpieces, such as Mozart's "Cosi fan tutte" and Massenet's "Manon". Two talented co-performers, violinist Midori Komachi, tenor Richard Dowling, and the exceptionally acclaimed pianist Jeremy Silver will also add colour and beauty to the stage.
