Interviews for dissertation on Japanese food

Hi, I'm Sophia White. I am a geography student at UCL currently working on my dissertation. I am doing my dissertation on the topic of Japanese food, and food establishments in London in relat ion to identity and place. I have posted this in the hopes of recruiting some participants for an interview on Japanese food and food establishments in London. The participants I am looking for can be people either from the Japanese diaspora living in London o r non-Japanese people living in London. As long as you are interested in Japanese food and live in London, anyone is welcome to be interviewed. I can do these interviews online as well as in-person. I would like to record the audio of these interviews but they don’t have to be recorded if you don’t want it to be recorded. You also must be 18+.
