【パフォーマー大募集（ハマースミス・パークにおけるコミュニティイベント）】

　５月１１日（土）１２：３０－１７：００，ロンドン・ハマースミス・アンド・フラム区内にあるハマースミス・パークにおいて「Japanese Garden Community Picnic」の開催を予定しており，同イベントにおいてステージ・パフォーマンスをして頂ける方を募集しています。

　ハマースミス・パーク内の日本庭園再建を記念するこのイベントは，家族向けワークショップを始め，あらゆる年齢層を対象とした地域住民参加型イベントです。イベントではワークショップや飲食ストールに加えてステージを設置しますが，ステージにおいて日本や地域コミュニティに関連したパフォーマンスを披露して頂ける方を募集しています。

　本イベントでのパフォーマンス披露に御関心のある方は，以下の必要事項を記入の上，４月３０日（火）１８時までに問合せメールアドレスまでメールを送付ください。
　・パフォーマンス団体又は個人についての概要及びパフォーマンス実績
　・ご希望のパフォーマンス所要時間
　・パフォーマンスについて紹介している動画，ウェブサイト，ＳＮＳ等のURL

　なお，本イベントはボランティアが主体となり運営されている企画であるため，パフォーマンスに係る費用や謝金はお支払いいたしませんので，予め御了承下さい。また，本イベントの趣旨と沿わないパフォーマンスについてはお断りをさせて頂く場合がありますので御留意下さい。

The organisers of the Japanese Garden Community Picnic are calling all performers, entertainers and groups to submit proposals to perform at the event taking place in Hammersmith Park from 12.30pm - 5pm on Saturday, 11 May 2019.

Celebrating the regeneration of the Japanese garden in Hammersmith Park, this Community Picnic will attract visitors of all ages to join in the family-friendly activities and we are looking for acts that will engage the community as well as celebrate the culture of Japan. Storytellers, dancers, jugglers, musicians and ….. everyone else is welcome to apply.

Submit proposals including

• A description of act or group, including performance history
• Preferred length of performance
• Links to website, online videos, social media content

to culture@ld.mofa.go.jp by 6pm, Tuesday 30 April, 2019
Please note that this is a community event which relies on the efforts of volunteers and we are unable to provide performance fees or costs.
