Kitchen Assistant - Tempura Section - URGENT START

Role: Kitchen Assistant
Location: Westfield White City, W12
Contract: Full time or Part Time, Permanent
Working Hours:Shifts are between the hours of 8AM - 10:30PM, based on a rota basis. MUST BE FULLY FLEXIBLE
Salary: £8-£9 per hour depending on experience

Job Purpose:
As Kitchen Assistant,you will be part of a busy food production kitchen, your role is essential in preparing the key components of all dishes such as our famous Tonkotsu Ramen, gyoza, curry dishes and tempura. You will work alongside the Head Chef in producing not only great tasting soups and sauces, but also fish & chicken base dishes.

Key responsibilities
Assisting the Chef/Manager in food preparation
Assisting in checking and monitoring of kitchen equipment and food storage
Maintaining kitchen cleanliness
Other duties associated with this role

Skill requested:
Must have at least 1 year working experience in kitchen environment
A candidate must have good English language skills and eligible to work in the UK
Displays initiative and can easily adapt in a fast pace work environment
