Housekeeper / Cleaning Lady required once a week

Hi,

My name is Cecily, my husband and I are moving to Theydon Bois this April and we are looking for a Housekeeper or Cleaning lady in the area to help us clean our home once a week. We are moving to a 3 bedroom house (End of Terrace) which is located 8 mins walk from Theydon Bois tube station (central line). We have no child nor pet, and we are willing to pay £12 per hour to a good housekeeper :)

The job would include:

Vacuuming the living room and bedroom floors (we have wooden floor throughout the house)
Clean the kitchen
Clean the bathroom
Iron the clothes
Other usual house cleaning and maybe cook couple of dishes for us if you have time.
