Executive Chef

Fluent in English
10+ years of proven experience in a similar position with a visible track record of developing new recipes
Strong background in Asian(in particular Korean) cuisine
Strong commercial acumen and training skills
Highly organised, outstanding people skills
Ability to effectively multi-task within a fast-paced environment
Exposure to European/international food scene mandatory, as is creativity, drive and ability to work autonomously
