Full-time Junior Sushi Chef needed for Sushi Restaurant

Gochisou serves some of Japan's most popular dishes including katsu curry, sushi bento, gyoza karage and got a various sushi selection.
Everything is prepared fresh on the premises each day and is available to eat-in or takeaway. Our first branch is proudly situated in Chiswick Business Park, a few minutes walk from Gunnersbury Station and 10 minutes from Chiswick Park Tube stop. We are open from Monday to Friday and in a need of a new Junior Chef/Kitchen Assistant immediately. The Role:
- Preparing ingredients for the Head Chef
- Sushi making
- Fish filleting and cutting
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene
- Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation
- Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately
- Approx. 40 working hours/week between 07:00 to 16:00
-Assisting with menu planning
