Global Interactive Marketing Online (GIMO) specialise in all aspects of online marketing, website

and online games creation in the iGaming, Sports Betting, Poker and Casino industries. Due to the

growing demand for our services, we are now recruiting for a “Japanese Client Executive” to join our

creative workforce on a full time permanent basis.

THE ROLE

Working within our Customer Service team, the main purpose of this role is to manage the growing Japanese

speaking customer base. You will be communicating with customers via email, online chat and telephone. In

addition you will look after the VIP customers of our client’s brand in order to maximise the revenue

generated from such customers. You will also be required to do occasional translations and assist in various

marketing activities.

The Ideal Candidate will:

 Have excellent communication Japanese skills, both written and spoken (native level)

 Have extensive customer service experience

 Have a good understanding of customer service in an online business

 Be a good communicator and problem solver

 Be computer savvy

 Have an ability to understand customer needs and respond to them

 Be able to work on a shiftly basis: our hours of operation are Monday to Sunday, from 8：30am to 6：00pm
