Day porter (フルタイム）週４日,４休（7:00-19:00hrs)

仕事の内容：

１.受付常務：第一コンタクトとして、フラットのレジデント、テナント、外部訪問者の応接、あらゆる要望や問い合わせをプロフェッシャナルに対応することを求めます。

２．留守宅の郵送物や配達物の受け渡し、荷物をマンションまで運ぶお手伝いまで。

３．点検業務：一日4回、敷地内を見回りする。

英語がネイティブ、日本語ビジネスレベル

経験がなくともカスタマーサービスの経験があれば大丈夫です。

Employed by: Queensmead NW8 Limited (QMD)
Hours:4 on 4 off 7:00-19:00hrs
Location: London

Function of the post: To be the first point of contact for residents and visitors to the building, providing an efficient and courteous service to all. To monitor the movement of visitors, tenants, residents and staff within Queensmead in order to safeguard the security of all and control access to the buildings.

Key responsibilities: You are expected to cover all aspects of reception duty and provide a customer focused front of house service. You will report to the onsite management team and the managing agents.
