Barista Job description
• Welcoming customers and informing them about the new products or special offers, answering any queries, and accepting orders and payments.
• Preparing ice creams, sundaes, beverages and desserts and making sure that it is well presented before serving to customers.
• Packaging any takeaway products such as desserts or beverages.
• Selling Tsujiri merchandise and teas; highlighting the differences in our teas and educating the customers about the different brewing methods.
• Cleaning and restocking the working area, the dining areas, emptying the rubbish bins, and sanitising the equipment and utensils.
• Learning about the brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve on the food quality.
• Updating the signage and displays to attract customers.
• Taking inventory and replenishing items in display fridge and merchandise shelves.
• Working in as part of a fun, high-energy team.
• Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
• Able to work in a quick fast paced working environment.

Barista Requirements:
• High school Diploma or Equivalent
• Customer Service preferred (Will be taught during training)
• Passion for good food and drinks.
• Willingness to learn about the products Tsujiri sells
• Must have excellent communication skills
• A polite, engaging personality
• Able to work in a quick fast paced working environment
