Minamoto Kitchoan means origin of wagashi, which gives good sign & positive vibes when people gathers together to share our traditional wagashi made in Japan.
You’ll be on the frontline, forming a unique Minamoto Kitchoan traditional Japanese experience for every one of our customers. It’s a chance to let you work in a traditional Japanese confectionary shop without going to japan by inspiring those who want it to try out something different and who are fond of Japanese culture.
