Gen Z beauty project in Japan (£125 incentive for participant, £20 reference fee)
We are currently working with an international beauty brand and we want to explore: the macro and micro behaviours of ‘Gen Z’ beauty consumers.

We are looking for participants to work with us who are:
1. Aged (16-22), from Japan
2. Have a great passion for beauty products and skin care
3. Ideally travel internationally often

The project for our participant will be 1h skype interview + 2h task to gathering some beauty examples.

We particularly want to explore:
- Gen Z lifestyles in your country. What are their dreams and worries? What role does social media have? What are retailers doing to target Gen Z?
- Your relationship with beauty – what role does it play for you? Which products and brands do you love? What new and exciting things are happening in beauty in your country?

We would like to pay £125 for our participant for their input, and would pay £20 reference if you could recommend someone to work with us successfully.
