Hello We're PYON LONDON, A growing e-commerce company based in Hammersmith.
Now we're targeted Korean market but currently expanding their operation into international markets with Japan being our next step. We require a Japanese speaker with a passion for e-commerce and online retail operations to join their busy team to help with this growth.
Core duties
Manage the launch of the company and product range on Japanses ecommerce market.
Writing new product listings specifically for Japanese consumers
Developing pricing strategies for new and existing products
Monitoring product reviews and improving the customer journey
Liaise with design team to create high value images and graphic design content
Managing special offers, sales and lightning deals campaigns
Research into new product opportunities for the Japanese market
Preparing, analysing and presenting sales and marketing data including competitor analysis
Research into new Japanese marketplaces and sales channels (such as Rakuten)
Ideal applicant
A fluent Japanese speaker who has good speaking communication skills in both Japanese and English.
Passionate about e-commerce and selling online
Interested in marketing and what makes people buy online
A talented copywriter with an extremely keen eye for detail
Proficient on Microsoft Excel with an ability to interrogate and analyse data
Keen on optimising and improving existing business processes

日本の消費者向け新商品リストの作成
新商品および既存商品の価格戦略の構築
商品レビューのモニタリング
特別オファー、販売、キャンペーンの管理
日本市場向けの新商品の打ち出しに関する調査
競合他社の分析を含む、販売およびマーケティングデータの準備、分析
新規の日本のマーケットプレースと販売チャネル（楽天など）の調査

母国語レベルの日本語力・ビジネスレベルの英語力保持者
Eコマースとオンライン販売に興味のある方
マーケティング・消費者のオンライン購入に対する心理動向に興味がある方
細部までしっかり目が届きコピーライターとしての才能がある方
Microsoft Excelが得意で、データの調査と分析が出来る方
既存のビジネスプロセスの最適化と改善に興味のある方
