Managing the day to day management of Kitchen staff, and service standards, meeting KPI targets, implementing and maintaining procedures for a great kitchen operation. Control daily performance and ensuring outstanding food for your menus. Standards of food, kitchen service, health and safety and inventory control will all optimize profits and ensure that guests are amazed by their eating experience.
