World's Best known Social Media Company is looking for Japanese Speakers, it will be a great next step in your career! This is a role to support and improve the health and algorithms of a large social media platform.

Responsibilities
- Review reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality according policy
- Enforce our Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions
- Recognize trends and patterns and escalate issues outside the company policy to global team

Requirements
- C1 Level English and native level Japanese
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese
- Strong Knowledge of Culture, History and Politic of Japan
- Online experience or working in office environment
- Proactive, consistent, and hard-working
- Ability to multi task work assignments
- Passion for ensuring a positive, safe user experience
- Excel and SQL is plus
- The role requires to review sensitive contents
- You have to be eligible to work in Ireland full time (Stamp 4 or EU citizenship)

Salary & Benefit
- Salary: 12.98 euro/hour
- Free canteen + Amazing working conditions
- 11 Months contract initially
- Monday to Friday, 9:00- 5:30. Possibly Saturdays and Sundays
