Team Member (MONDAY TO FRIDAY) FULL-TIME

“Gochisou” Japanese takeaway restaurant located in Chiswick

We are looking for customer service staff (front of house) to work PART-TIME/FULL-TIME (Monday to Friday) in our takeaway restaurant located in a busy business park starting end of February/ Beginning of March.

This role is orientated to someone highly responsible and confident looking for a new challenge (Promotion to supervisor available)

As Front of House your main duties will be:

-To ensure a high quality of customer service. (Most of our customers are regular office workers working in the same business park)

-To assist in the setup and maintenance of all restaurant service areas and staff areas.

- To assist in the serving of meals in the hot section (Bain Marie)

-To ensure that all duties are carried out in accordance with Health and Safety requirements, including food hygiene regulations.

- To ensure the front of house area looks presentable and tidy at all times

-To handle payment transactions (till)

-To support colleagues at peak times

-To participate in performance reviews with the Manager and to work towards objectives/goals set by the Manager and improve any areas of the performance felt necessary, in order to maintain an excellent level of services to customers.

-To be flexible and available to work as per company requirements

Those who can serve customers brightly and smilingly and motivated to learn and improve are welcome. Also to have a bubbly personality and get along with the team and work environment.

Specifications:

- Monday to Friday

- Hourly Wage £10.50

- Shifts between 7am and 5pm

Requirements:

- English level: Able to understand and basic communication

-Right to work (If you arrived in the UK after 31 December 2020)

- Excellent customer service skills.

- Must be flexible, able to work on all departments (Kitchen and FOH)
