Japanese Account Manager
An experienced Japanese speaking Account Manager is urgently required to support our client’s existing operations. You will be fully responsible for managing main Japanese clients and being the main point of contact. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage all operational aspects and personal development of your team.
You will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent travels to the Bucharest studio. So, the ideal candidates should be able to work flexibly both from the London and Bucharest studio.
Responsibilities
• Managing relationships with Japanese clients and key internal stakeholders, with full responsibility for all Japanese- English communication.
• Driving and improving Customer Experience
• Managing and developing email, chat and telephony campaigns and delivering team objectives
• Training and developing team members
• Travel frequently to work at Bucharest studio.
Requirement
• Native fluency in both Japanese and English is a must. It is essential that you can articulate in both languages
• Experience of managing Japanese clients’ relationships.
• Experience of managing delivery teams
• Work experience or exposure in video games industry is advantageous
