Japanese Speaking Customer Service Advisor
Our client, a well-known UK online gambling company, is currently recruiting a Bilingual Customer Service Advisor who is good in English and native/fluent in Japanese based at a city in the middle between Birmingham and Manchester. The candidate who relocates for work, will be provided a free accommodation for the first 3 months.
As a customer service Representative you will be providing customer service via live chat, email and telephone. You must be able to work well in a team as well as using your own initiative. Training will be provided on in-house systems.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be computer literate and have good communication skills, have some experience in online/e-commerce business but this is not essential.
£25K-£28K base salary per year plus bonus, with free company accommodation for the first 3 months if you need to relocate.
