Organising staff shifts and scheduling
Providing excellent customer service
Leading by example
Cash up - reconcile the sales of the day and receipts
Ensuring all food safety procedures are strictly followed according to sanitary
regulations
Maintain the kitchen according to regulatory guidelines
Maintaining safe working conditions
Working with suppliers. Auditing inventory levels to ensure product availability, and ordering products as necessary objectives.
ㆍ Implementing appropriate strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales.
ㆍ Able to understand and communicate in Japanese.
