Wasabi Group hot food and cold food menu development - To combine innovative and creative ideas and exceptional kitchen capability in developing products with commercial understanding of what will be profitable to the business and meet the needs of the customer/end user. To demonstrate a passion for Asian cuisine, especially Japanese. To have a deep interest in, and good ideas for, how to translate this passion to a mass-market product.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :
• Good English and Japanese; writing, reading and speaking
• Previous experience working within a similar restaurant setting (At least 3 years)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e., MS Word, Excel, etc.)
