Full-Time Customer Service Operative - Japanese

We primarily sell Music, DVDs, Books, Video Games, Merchandise and Electronics online through our various partners such as Amazon, eBay, RealDE & our own website.

Your job will be to help provide the best possible service to our customers. Providing aftercare to our customers via email.

As an applicant you will have:

Ability to speak and write in English and in Japanese (Mother tongue)
Excellent Computer & Typing Skills
Ability to write formal emails in a polite manner
Previous customer service experience preferred, though not essential
An ability to learn and implement knowledge quickly and accurately
Training will be provided for this role.

Contract type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Dependant on previous experience
