Front of house assistant needed to help clear plates, pour drinks, attend to customers, assist the chef, print and update menu, polish and store glassware, set up and close down the restaurant.

Kake by Chisou is a small high-end sushi bar based on the 1st floor of Chisou Knightsbridge. We seek a front-of-house assistant to help set up and run the floor operation 4/5 nights a week. We currently only open for dinner so shifts will be evenings with some late finishes, so you will need to be able to travel home from Knightsbridge.

We are looking for a flexible, helpful, eager-to-learn person who is happy to take direction from the chef and sake sommelier to assist in the operation of the sushi counter. If you have any Japanese food or drink knowledge, this will be a huge advantage. Also, any previous experience serving in a restaurant.

This is a perfect job for someone who would like some evening work and enjoys keeping a tidy organised space running smoothly.

Part-time hours: 35-40 per week
