Job Description:
Admin Assistant required to help with the daily operation of Shaolin Temple UK. We are looking for someone to help out with basic admin and reception tasks. Daily activities will involve:
- Booking students in for classes
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Monitoring social media accounts and responding to questions
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment for students and staff
- Other ad hoc duties
- 20 hours /week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday .
