Sushi Chef
We are looking for an experienced Sushi chef to join our new and exciting Japanese Restaurant. The Sushi Chef has the responsibility to create high quality sushi plates, handle a wide range of raw fish and other ingredients and work with an attention to detail to fulfil all orders within quality standards.
As a Sushi Chef, you will prepare sushi rolls and dishes for our customers.
The ideal candidate is comfortable with a variety of sushi rolling, plating, and related cooking techniques and has experience working in a busy sushi restaurant.
Advanced knife cutting skills are a must you should have experience within Japanese cuisine and be passionate about the Japanese culture.
Ultimately, you will help us establish our reputation as one of the best sushi places in the area and increase our clientele.
