Hours: Monday – Friday/Tuesday- Saturday (3am to 13pm - 12.00am 9am) (5 days out of 7)

What are we looking for?
Fantastic customer interaction and service, having knowledge of Japanese food, language and culture would &be great but there is no match for passion and interest. We need a person with fantastic work -ethic and great team spirit. Passionate people with can-do attitude.

Duties & Responsibilities.
· Ensure that product quality is observed and maintained throughout
· Ensure everything required for customers' orders is available for daily delivery.
· Ensure the daily cutting of bluefin and yellowfin tuna/where applicable
· Filleting of fish
· Ensure fish is checked for any defects or abnormalities
· Ensuring where applicable filleting of salmon and mackerels
· Ensuring where applicable filleting of bass, bream and salmon
· Ensuring where applicable picking bones and scaling
· Ensure adequate packaging is available for all types of products.
· Take ownership of all tasks, duties and/or responsibilities delegated to you. Ensure they are completed within the required timescales.
· Undertake any other reasonable tasks and duties as directed by your Line Manager.

Some important bits
• All applicants will undergo a block test
• Any filleting experience or knife skills required
• Forklift license would be beneficial, but not essential.
• To be successful in this role you will take ownership of your job role and prioritise your time effectively and must be able to work effectively with team members at all levels. You will be provided with excellent support and real responsibility from day one.
