先月から新しく南ロンドンのBRIXTON MARKETにオープンしたロンドン初の手巻き寿司BARです
完全に英語環境なので、これから働きながら英語を学びたいと考えている方にピッタリの場所です。
日本での寿司修行を経たイギリス人が料理のことはもちろん、英語での接客などについての指導も行います。

INTRO:
Temaki Handroll bar is a new concept to London based on hand-to-hand counter service handroll sushi, using as many local ingredients as possible and served at their best. Quality is at the forefront of our ideology - as the chef who designed the menu, I've had the experience of working at michelin starred restaurants and my initial training was at Hakkoku. Hakkoku is a 30 course high end sushi bar in Ginza, Tokyo where their first course is my first experience of exceptional temaki, of which was so good I vowed to bring it to London. I want to bring the standard of Japanese food in London to where it should be, hence my short and focused menu.
I always respect the traditions of the food I serve, as I learnt in Japan that simplicity and quality is best. I'm happy to help teach English, and can speak a limited amount of Japanese as well.
My focus is on training and teaching people who are passionate to learn. I'm looking for people of all capabilities, who are equally passionate about their work, and the experience given to the people they're serving.
