Job Vacancy: JET Office Assistant (Commission of Services)
Employment Period: 1 November 2021 to 23 December 2021
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am-5:30pm (Lunch hour: 12:45pm-1:45pm) with possibility of overtime work
Location: Embassy of Japan in the UK
Salary: £12 per hour

Services include:
(1) Engaging with the execution of JET Programme as a JET Programme Office Assistant
(2) Other works related to the Japan Information and Cultural Centre (JICC)
Requirements:
(1) Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
(2) Excellent command of the English language (reading, writing and speaking)
(3) Good command of the Japanese language
(4) All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration Act (permanent residency, dependent visa, etc).
