仕事内容
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate who will actively contribute to sales, in-store operations and building valuable relationships with new customers as part of our team at Flagship Store at Harrods. As a Sales Associate, your primary focus is to build and maintain relationships with your clients. You are the most critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our store is nothing other than OUTSTANDING. You will become a part of a dynamic selling environment where your customer support and selling experience will make you an important part of our team. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to demonstrating OUTSTANDING customer service, building and maintaining a loyal client base, providing clients with product knowledge, calling clients for events and the arrival of new merchandise as well as working as a part of the team to meet individual and store objectives.
As a Sales Associate of Miki House your role will entail actively contributing to the store sales by providing a remarkable and memorable service to all clients. You will also support the management team through representing the Company, upholding brand and image at all times. 必要なスキル:
- An OUTSTANDING customer service where the customer is the protagonist: it is essential to listen to her/his particular needs and identify the best product for her/him;
- Ensure merchandise presentation, sales and event set-up, pricing and signing standards through direction of Executive team;
- Floor coverage flexibility & dependability with schedules including some nights and weekends;
- English (conversational / business level);
