We have an exciting opportunity to join the Kitchen team as Sushi jr sou chef or senior sushi sou chef at one of London’s most anticipated restaurants The Aubrey.

I am currently looking for multiple positions on the new izakaya The Aubrey at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park.

We have just announced the successor-The Aubrey, which is being billed as "an eccentric Japanese izakaya experience ". It's apparently the first Uk restaurant by Maximal concepts, a Hong Kong Restaurant group with Restaurants that include Mott32, Palas de chine and many more.
