■仕事内容
サイトの文章や、キャンペーンの翻訳／ローカライズ、サイトの管理などです。日本はオープンしたばかりのため、業務以外の仕事（サポートのお手伝い）が入ります。英語のJob descriptionは下部に掲載してあります。

■オフィス
イギリスオフィスはオープンしたばかり＋現在のCOVID状況のため、週に1日ロンドン市内のWeworkでキャッチアップをしています。それ以外はリモート勤務です。COVIDが落ち着いた後に、WaterlooかLondon Bridgeあたりでオフィスを再開すると思います。

ーーー Job description
These efforts will sit within a broad framework that includes, but is not limited to:

- Localisation of the product offering to best suit the home market – including localisation of the site as it relates to product offering and home language.

- Adapting existing marketing efforts to the home market along the funnel - Acquisition, Retention.

- Testing, sending and scheduling relevant email campaigns.

- Creating different marketing materials to take advantage of new marketing channels as they are added to the wider marketing mix.

- Preparing marketing campaigns across all channels, which may include but is not limited to: Affiliates, Ad Networks, PPC, social media.

- CRM management as it relates to customers from your home market.

- Helping country-specific affiliate relationships, alongside the Head of Affiliates.
Participation in wider team/brand marketing efforts.

- Coordinate marketing campaigns with promotional activities.

- Take end-to-end ownership of campaigns, from conception to execution and analysis.

- Provide marketing ideas for home-market and brand-specific campaigns.

- Liaise with relevant teams such as content and design to ensure the smooth running of campaigns.

- Build leaderboards, landing pages and promotional blocks.

- Assure quality control through marketing campaign testing.

Required qualifications and skills
The ideal candidate will have: Minimum 1 year experience in a similar marketing/sales/CRM role gained in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
