IT Infrastructure engineer (m/f/d) with project management experience

Your responsibilities:

• 2nd and 3rd line support for business customers
• system administration, system checks and maintenance of IT infrastructure components for customers (on site and remotely)
• project management of systems- and infrastructure implementation and migration projects
• Infrastructure design and other pre-sales engineering activities
• Setup and delivery of new infrastructure devices (servers, network- and security devices, etc.)
• 2nd and 3rd line support for helpdesk team
• create and maintain documentation
• reporting

Your profile:

• Excellent technical expertise and relevant experience, especially with network, server, virtualization and cloud technology
• more than 3 years of working experience as a network, server, or infrastructure engineer
• experience with IT project management
• experience with SMB as well as Enterprise IT
• experience with public cloud solutions
• working experience with an IT service provider is preferable
• business fluent Japanese skills
• very good English skills (approx. 50% of communication in English)
• high quality standards and confident attitude
• excellent communication skills
• organized, flexible and reliable
