業務内容
お客様をお迎えするための店内セッティングのお手伝い。
フロントに立ってお客様をお迎えし、心地よくすごしてもらえるような空間を提供する
ドリンクの作成と提供、皿の片付け、またグラス磨き
清掃、翌日のセッティング。
勤務時間:40~48時間/週(フルタイムまたはパートタイム)
火曜日~土曜日(日月休み)
2023年から水曜日~土曜日(日月火休み)
時給£11-£12.50(チップ&サービスチャージ別途支給)

Roji - seasonal Japanese omakase menus, served in an intimate space, launched in July 2022. Husband and wife chef team Tamas Naszai and Tomoko Hasegawa will be creating weekly and daily menus which show off the best of British produce all prepared with Japanese delicacy and refinement. The restaurant consists of 10 seats, all at a sushi-style counter at which customers will enjoy an exciting meal of beautiful Japanese food.
To help with this we now seek a front-of-house supervisor to help serve customers, stock up on drinks, and run the service.
The candidate will preferably have Japanese food and drink experience, be comfortable working in a high-end Japanese fine dining environment and be flexible, smart, charismatic and engaging.
The restaurant will do five dinner services (Tuesday to Saturday) and 4 lunch services (Wednesday to Saturday starting later on in 2022). Sunday and Monday are closed, these days you will always be off work.
Duties
Prep the restaurant before service, cleaning, setting up the space, polishing glasses and general help for the chefs.
Bar drink prep, garnishes, tea service prep and organising a small bar space.
Assisting both back and front of house during service
Glass cleaning and drinks service for customers.

High levels of attention to detail
Training will be given in drinks and food knowledge, but this will be expected to be retained and delivered when customers need help and have questions
Holidays will be taken in August and December when the restaurant will be closed.
£11-£12.50 per hour. Pay will be made up of basic pay + service charge. There may also be some cash tips that can be shared at the teams discretion.
