Wonderful Job Opportunity for a Receptionist at a Vibrant and Holistic Osteopathy and Massage Therapy Clinic!

Job Type: Part-time Receptionist
Starting Salary: £10.50 / hour
Requested shifts: Monday 8.00-13.30, Wednesday : 1.30- 21.00, Thursday: 1.30-21.00
*Availability for extra covers and hours for future shifts a bonus.

Job Summary:
Interested in joining an enthusiastic and young work environment with team of passionate and friendly therapists? Apply for a reception position at Kuu London, a vibrant and holistic clinic established in the heart of Clapton (Hackney). Our clinic specializes in osteopathy, massages, and a varied range of complementary therapies. As a receptionist, you would be greeting clients and dealing with administrative tasks such as billing, keeping the space immaculate and answering the phones. This role would be ideal for an organized and friendly individual with great customer service skills.

More Details:
• The role involves booking and rescheduling appointments, replying to emails, and advising on treatment options / therapist’s specialism.
• Reception is also responsible for offering water and refreshments to patients and keeping the environment calm, friendly, tidy and clean.
• The job demands good stamina as shifts can be long and multitasking abilities to respond to different requests at once.
• Training will be provided as we use a booking software called Mindbody for our business.
• The job offers the opportunity to grow into a managerial role and to learn behind the scenes how to run a clinic.

Position Requirements:
• Some experience in an office environment or stellar administrative and organizational skills
• Must write and speak excellent English and be able to communicate effectively to other staff members and clients
• Must maintain a clean and tidy working space at all times
• Excellent customer service skills are a must
• Willingness to consistently improve knowledge and skills as well as the ability to take criticism and self-reflect
• An understanding of Osteopathy, massage therapy, and healthy living is preferable, but not required
