SEO Analyst
Overall Purpose of the role
You will be reviewing and revising the keywords strategy wherever required and make the recommendations for On-page SEO (like Meta tags, content, alt text etc.) based on the new keywords strategy. You will be assisting us optimising the performance and quality of our Japanese website as well as driving sales with the help of search engine optimisation.
Responsibilities
• Grow our traffic from search engines, through on-site SEO best practice, making more of our keywords No 1
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimisation
• Keyword research for new landing pages
• Revise keyword strategy on the Japanese website
• Research & analyse competitors to select the correct keyword targeting
• Make recommendations based on keyword research to optimise copy and write content for website content, landing pages
• On page analysis of landing pages
• Update Landing pages where required
• Report on your progress and plans with your SEO activities
• Keep abreast of emerging SEO and new digital marketing trends
Essential Skills – Abilities
• Excellent Japanese Plus English (written and spoken)
• 2-4 years’ experience in keyword research & SEO
• Experience with SEO tools such as Moz, SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner, Google Search Console & GA
• Experience in e-commerce sector
• Communicate effectively with marketing managers, designers, and other internal team members
