Sushi Chef, Commis Chef, Assistance Chef

180 The Strand is looking for a sushi chef, commis chef, assistant chef to join our new concept led by sushi master Akira Shimizu. Candidates will be working closely with chef Akira on daily preparation as well as service.

We are looking for chefs with experience but most of all an enthusiasm to learn from the Japanese chef team. The job will involve:

Whole fish prep
Kitchen management and food safety
Working on different sections

Location: 180 The Strand and Oakley Court Hotel in Windsor

Salary: £27,000 above, depend on experience
