The Role

To provide excellent customer service and contribute to the turnover of the store through selling. Being proactive in learning all about the wide range of products to ensure efficient communication with our customers. Create lasting relationships with return customers by understanding their needs. Present a friendly and professional manner. Begin to develop an understanding of the culture and values of the company. Meet personal and store targets.

You

Will have experience in retail sales and a love for Japanese and Nordic products and design. Always approachable and well presented. Always displaying a ‘can-do’ attitude. Passionate about delivering customer service and taking the extra step to ensure a sale is made. A good understanding of fashion, beauty, and homeware. Open to flexible working patterns. Must be able to work weekends.
