今秋からノッティングヒルにオープン予定のパン屋で一緒に働いて頂ける方を募集致しております。小さなパン屋ですのでやることは多いかもしれませんが、楽しみながら新たな美味しいものを共に作って行ける方を探しています。
<シェフベイカー>
ペイストリーシェフ又はベイカーとして、又はキッチンで5年以上働いた経験をお持ちの方で、ヘッドシェフと共に商品開発をしたり製造関連のマネージメントのサポートをして頂きます。

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic chef baker to join us. We’re a new opening Japanese bakery lead by a Japanese pastry chef.
Role:
· Overall management & responsibility for the pastry and bakery section in the kitchen
· Ensures the production and service of the food in the section matches the vision of the venue and the Head Chef
· Maintain the sustainable standards focusing on sourcing local, ordering, stock take, whilst minimising the waste in the kitchen
· Assist with the management of stock in the section
· Contribute to the overall development of the bakery by input of ideas
· Ensure all staff training is completed for any junior staff in the section
· Comply with all Health & Safety, Food Safety and COSHH Requirements
· Ensure good communication throughout the kitchen department
· Liaises with FOH staff to ensure an efficient food service delivery to the guests
Requirements:
· Knowledge of management Food Safety, Health & Safety and COSHH
· Previous and relative experience in a Asian bakery or similar venue within the pastry/bakery section
· Relevant Catering Qualifications including NVQ & Food Safety
· Access to transport and the ability to commute
