今秋からノッティングヒルにオープン予定のパン屋で一緒に働いて頂ける方を募集致しております。小さなパン屋ですのでやることは多いかもしれませんが、楽しみながら新たな美味しいものを共に発信して行ける方を探しています。

Job Title – Retail Supervisor
Salary – Dependant on experience
Job Type – Permanent Location – London
Hachi Bakery offers a unique daily experience, specialising in Japanese bakery goods, including, bread, pastries, and cakes. Honouring traditional methods and using the very best of ingredients, imbued with a refined Japanese spirit. This is a great opportunity to be part of a new establishment with a new, vibrant and hardworking team. Our shop is takeaway only, with a small savoury production on site.
As a supervisor you sit at the heart of our dynamic team, working with our team members to guide and coach and support them in resolving any issues that arise, while being led by and feeding back to management to ensure the shop is running efficiently, and effectively. Your goal is leading your colleagues in delivering a top-level customer experience. If you are keen to learn and grow in hospitality this is an excellent role to do this in, with areas of responsibility in the operations of the shop as well as the customer facing side, running shifts, and covering management days off or holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on all staffing and recruitment needs to the HR Director to ensure we have the right people in the business
• Ensure shop staffing levels remain within set staffing budgets and monitor this regularly
• Handle any staff issues and escalate to appropriate managers as required
• Work closely with the training to ensure all new employees are trained efficiently to be able to perform the role.
• Use commercial and customer knowledge to help increase sales and customer numbers across all shops
• Support the shops to deal with customer issues, stepping in and escalating where required
• Ensure all shop standards are adhered to and report back to senior management where issues are arising.
• Demonstrate leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained across the shops and flag any production/ ordering issues with Operations Manager.
Essential Skills/attributes:
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Hands on and happy to jump onto the shop floor as required
• Understanding of great customer service and how to achieve it
• Strong commercial acumen
• Ability to troubleshoot day to day issues that arise and produce sound solutions to these problems
