Assistant Product Manager – Business Solutions
Reports to:
Product Director, Business Solutions
[Role & Responsibilities]
Pipeline Management (Salesforce) and Performance Analysis
- Be an expert at Salesforce system and support the team to ensure they have sufficient knowledge in the system for pipeline entry.
- Communicate with EU HQ and HQ to enhance the process of sales operation within Salesforce.
- Manage the project management with the sales team including Key Account Managers (KAMs)
- Generate the monthly & weekly pipeline management report
- Monitor the daily project progress and the delivery progress of projects.
- Create recommendations based on sound assessment of project opportunities and communicate them to management and stakeholders.
Data analysis and Sales Programme Management
- Manage B2B sales back data (Sell In & Sell Out) and shape the way it is presented in the reports and the structure of modelling in order to enable efficient reporting and calculation of performance.
- Update, develop and create KPI dashboard that provides insights to the team and the senior management on performance progress.
- Run monthly net sales simulation based on sales programme and revenue data
- Share the product and market information with Sales team and other internal stakeholders, and provide UK business update to HQ
- Own sales programme data to understand and forecast on future business budget needs
- Analyse findings by conducting cost & benefit analyses for each sales channels
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role within a related business environment – Sales Operation/ B2B industry – is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel; knowledge of databases and queries
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Pro-active and confident liaising with both colleagues internally and externally
- Due to daily communication with HQ, fluency verbal and written communication in English and Korean is ideal (being fluent in Korean is not mandatory)
- Highly organised with strong administration background
- Energetic self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision
- Highly focused and capable of sustaining a fast pace in a dynamic environment
- Able to constructively challenge and improve existing practice
- Completer finisher, able to be resilient to drive issues through to a successful customer-focused solution
- Good judgement, able to make practical and realistic decisions within scope of responsibility
- Proven commercial acumen and ability to achieve commercial objectives
