医療管理者　/ Medical Administrator - £25Kpa

Richmond Pharmacology is one of Europe's leading early phase clinical trials / research units.
A high proportion of our business involves working with Japanese volunteers and we employ a large team of native Japanese and Japanese speaking staff to ensure our volunteers are fully informed and comfortable at all times.

We are looking for a Medical Administrator currently, with fluent Japanese language skills and business level English to join our team. Previous experience in a healthcare setting or in research or clinical trials environments is essential. You will need to be highly organised and meticulous in your approach but will also need to be adaptable and able to respond to changing circumstances.

Tasks will include

• supporting doctors with scheduled tasks
• overseeing allocation and retrieval of emergency phone / bleep
• document management and collating
• calendar management for doctors
• liaison with other departments and teams to ensure smooth running of clinical trials

You will be part of a team of 4 Medical Administrators and will report into the Senior Medical Administrator and our Senior Research Specialist Physician.

Candidates from Japan who are in the UK on a YMS visa are welcome to apply, but you must have a least 12 months left on your visa.
