PA Required
Bilingual Japanese and English speaker required as a personal assistant, full time, flexible hours.
This role is suited to someone who wishes to develop their skill, understanding and experience in business. They will help ensuring that all companies are running smoothly and efficiently.
The right candidate will have a high level of English, joining a team of one other part time Japanese administrator, working across three different companies.

The role requires the right candidate to join the director on his journey of building successful businesses in different sectors. The director has created a multi-industry controlling company to create organisations with an edge.
We are looking for someone who can think outside the box, attentive to detail, flexible, highly organised and with high EQ. The candidate should have a keen appetite for business (especially business development) and administration. Passion and hard work is paramount!
NB the personal assistant will be responsible for managing both personal and business related aspects for the director. We currently have two other administrators in the team, one part time and one full time.

Responsibilities:
Interacts with director and carries out requests, fulfilling tasks for both personal and business needs
Monitoring and managing emails, making every single email their priority to understand and answer in a timely manner
Remind the director of important tasks, deadlines and events both at work and at home
Project and event coordination
Train new admin staff members
Liaising with staff and clients
Be available to work where required
Prepare meeting agendas, perform research for meetings and take minutes.
Maintain and update information, records and databases including the register
Forming and translating emails and messages from clients in Japanese and English
Travelling to different work locations (sometimes travelling to purchase items)
Interacting with clients either on the phone or in person
