Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to Direct
Location: London (Hybrid - mix of remote work and site visits)
Hours: 25- 35 hours per week (flexible)
Contract: Part-time or full-time

Past projects include Miyabi Matsuri, a 700+ attendee Japanese cultural festival, with partners such as Fortnum & Mason and Rosewood Hotels. The Role
We’re looking for a trustworthy, proactive, and organised individual to support the Director across multiple businesses. This is a varied, hands-on role combining structure, creativity, and initiative.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the Director’s inbox, communications, and schedule
• Organise meetings, calls, and events
• Coordinate team rotas and site operations
• Arrange travel, purchases, and logistics
• Keep digital systems and records up to date
• Support communication between sites and staff
• Attend events or site visits when needed
About You
• Highly organised and dependable
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Confident with Google Workspace and Excel
• Comfortable travelling across West London
• Enjoys working in a small, collaborative team
Desirable: PA or operations experience, flexible availability for occasional evenings/weekends.
