Part-time Junior Sushi Chef required for Monday to Friday
Moshi Moshi was Britain's first Kaiten-zushi restaurant, and we are currently looking for a Junior Sushi Chef who understands Japanese warmth and style of service to join our small sushi team.
All our sushi is all hand-made and uses ingredients sourced locally, notably fish from Cornwall.
The successful candidate will have at least some Kitchen/Sushi bar experience.
Candidates will have the following qualities:
• Passion for food, good team worker and reliable
• A minimum of 1 year experience with a traditional Japanese background preferred but not essential.
• You will be, as our sushi chef, right in front of the customers and will have to help them understand more about their sushi and enhance their experience.
Part-time time position
We are open Monday to Friday, start times may vary but you will usually be required to do 3 mornings at least and a couple of evenings, mornings will generally be 8 to 12pm and evenings will be 5.15pm to 9.15pm.
Salary: £11 to £12.50 depending on experience.
